" Our first recording: done live with our shitty amps and drums in 4 hours for 25 quid over the road from the 1in12 at Fulton St studio March 22nd 1993, 2 days after our 1st gig. all the songs we'd written up to that point and 2 from Chris and Mandy's previous band Bio-Hazard

Some tapes got copied and passed around as you do, and this maniac in Paris called Lorenzo liked it a lot and offered to release a record, so later we went and recorded the 'not just a nightmare' ep on his label 'Minstrel' , mostly the same songs as here , widely available and re-released in various forms since.

History repeated itself around 2014 when Lorenzo got in touch again about releasing this old demo on vinyl that he loved so much (that we'd pretty much forgotten about) we got in the mighty Daniel Husayn ( North London Bomb Factory) to remaster the tapes , and a mere 8 years later here we are ..."
